Cookie & Analytics Policy

This Cookie and Analytics Policy explains how EVADON LLC ("EVADON", "we", "us") uses cookies, local storage, device identifiers, analytics tools, and similar technologies in the Pacific All Stars application (the "App").

This policy should be read with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

1. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small files stored on your browser or device. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, SDKs, device identifiers, and other tools that store information on your device or access information from your device.

We use these technologies to keep the App working, secure accounts, remember preferences, record consent choices, understand App usage, and improve the App.

2. Categories we use

Strictly necessary technologies

These are required for the App to work and cannot be switched off through analytics preferences. They may be used for:

• Authentication and session management.
• CSRF and security protection.
• Remembering legal-document and cookie/analytics consent choices.
• Trusted-device, active-session, and account-security features.
• Load balancing, reliability, and fraud prevention.
• App version, client compatibility, and required update checks.

You can block these in your browser or device settings, but parts of the App may stop working.

Analytics technologies

Analytics technologies help us understand how users interact with the App, diagnose issues, improve training, onboarding, and team-support features, and make App decisions.

We currently use Matomo analytics, and we may use other analytics providers for the same purpose over time — for example Mixpanel, or analytics built into our native mobile apps. All of these fall under a single analytics consent choice; switching between analytics providers for the same purpose does not change what you have consented to. Analytics may include:

• Your App user/account identifier.
• Pages, screens, actions, and features used.
• In-app search activity.
• App version, platform, PWA install status, and client metadata.
• Device type, browser, operating system, and approximate location derived from IP address.
• Visit counts, last-seen information, and usage patterns.

Because our analytics may be linked to your account, we ask for analytics consent before enabling optional account-linked analytics. You can decline analytics and still use the App, although some product-improvement and personalization features may be reduced.

We use Matomo Cloud with cookies enabled, IP anonymization enabled, and account-linked user IDs for App analytics. Matomo analytics data is retained for up to 24 months. Matomo Cloud is hosted in the EU region.

Video technologies

We host and deliver training and other videos using third-party video services:

• YouTube hosts our embedded training videos. Embedded YouTube players may set cookies and collect playback, device, approximate-location, and performance data on YouTube's own servers when you watch a video.
• Mux delivers video and may collect playback, device, performance, and error data.

We are also building a first-party watch-time tracker that records your training video watch-time within the App itself. This lets us measure training progress without relying on third-party video analytics.

Optional error and notification technologies

Depending on final implementation, we may use additional technologies:

• Error monitoring: Sentry may collect diagnostic data, device/browser information, URLs, error traces, and account or session identifiers needed to diagnose problems.
• Push notifications: if you opt in, APNs, FCM, or another push provider may use a device token linked to your account to deliver notifications. You can disable push notifications through your device settings.

Marketing and advertising technologies

We do not currently use advertising, retargeting, or cross-context behavioral advertising cookies.

If we add marketing or advertising technologies later, we will update this policy and provide any required notice and consent or opt-out choices before using them.

3. Consent and choices

During signup and when required by our consent flow, we may ask you to choose whether to allow optional analytics.

You can:

• Accept optional analytics.
• Decline optional analytics.
• Continue using the App without optional analytics, subject to strictly necessary technologies.
• Change your analytics choice later in the App's privacy settings, or through our contact form.

We record your consent choice, policy version, timestamp, and related technical information so we can honor your choice and demonstrate compliance.

If you clear cookies/local storage, use a different browser or device, or reinstall the App, we may need to ask for your choice again.

5. How this relates to privacy rights

Some cookies and similar technologies process personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, international transfers, retention, and your privacy rights.

If applicable law gives you additional cookie, analytics, opt-out, deletion, access, correction, or consent-withdrawal rights, you may exercise them through our contact form.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie and Analytics Policy if our technologies, providers, consent choices, or legal obligations change. Material changes will be notified in the App, by email, or through another reasonable method where required.
